Local License, Azure or AWS VM with Alteryx license? (starting small consulting business)

I am interested in acquiring an Alteryx licence. But in doubt about costs. A local license, or Azure or AWS VM with an Alteryx license?

Want to begin a small consulting business. I need a very low starting cost, to sell this as a consulting service to some clients (small too).

the license cost is the same no mater were you deploy it (your machine, AWS, Azure...)

There might be more license options for you wwhen you a re a certified partner, but I do not know the details.

I do not know a specific email address for this topic.

I am not so sure whether I understand what kind of issue you are facing here...
Is there a technical issue with the form? Why can you not use this? Do you prefer to directly contact a partner manager?
