Emmanuel Katto Dubai : Any ideas for adding Move Up/Down arrows to a Select component?

Hi Everyone, I'm Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) I’m working on adding reordering capability to a Select component using Move Up and Move Down arrows. Does anyone have suggestions or resources that could help with this task?
