E-mail Send Error: 'curl_easy_perform' failed

Hi Alteryx community,
I hope this message finds you healthy. 
I encounter this error ''Error: E-mail (182): Record n 1: Func 'curl_easy_perform' failed, ret = 55, desc = Failed sending data to the peer'' from Alteryx des since the OS of my machine was reinstalled. Do you have any idea about that?  
The workflow had no issues before the reinstallation.
