• Pre-Meeting (Mix and Mingle for those getting in early)
• (5 minutes) - Introductions and formal welcome
• (55 minutes) - AiDIN Presentation with Q&A
• (5 minutes) for everyone to process what they heard, take key notes, send follow-up messages to the speaker, etc., ask other attendees questions on what they heard, and just generally reflect.

• (30 mins) Choose your content! Attendee poll in real time to choose where we need to go.
• Data challenge (Weekly Challenge build-along)
• Inspire experience share
• Use Cases & Solutions Discussion
• (15 mins) Outro & end-of-meeting networking with any additional time we have.
