Im helping a client out with a problem they are having on Alteryx server. they are attempting to delete a workflow and are getting a workflow delet error with a service Error message: Failed to connect to server <servername>. An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions (10013).
I have been searching for what the issue is but can't find anything around. I would love some help before I have to hit up the support desk (plus having the answer here is great for later reference).
I have a follow up on this topic. the workflow appears to have been deleted from the scheduler (ie the schedule doesn't run at all) but the workflow still appears in the controllers workflows list and cannot be deleted.
How can we remove this from the controller list?
