Hi there, 

 

I am configuring the Alteryx server ( in an Azure environment), and in the Gallery-section, I have set the Base Address URL to be http://xx.xxx.xx.xxx/gallery/ ( the public IP address).  

 

However, when i try the URL on my computer, i can not access the private gallery, even though I have whitelisted the IP-address.  

 

Anyone had similar issues?

Also, I have opened inbound rules in , Azure NSG + WF/ICF to Port 80 with protocol TCP.
