Hi,
I have a user who is unable to save to the company gallery from desktop. They are able to Open from the gallery and view the gallery via a browser. They have all the correct settings that I can see.
When ever they click save they get this "connecting" screen which I've attached.
Tested it and it lasts for hours with no end.
No one else is having this issue. Not sure what else to try, anyone else had this?

P.S This was happening, before I upgraded to 2021.1 and after.
I haven't heard of that one. Might be a good one to send to support (support@alteryx.com).
