DCM Connection Created on Server not able to Connect on Designer

Question

Hi Everyone, got a real head-scratcher.

I have created a DCM connection and applied credentials to it. I am also able to successfully "Test Link" to the source system. When I go into designer and attempt to connect, I am not seeing a connect button like the image below.

What gives? Could this be a server permissions issue?

Hello @npariso,

Did you Sync the connections on your designer? File --> Manage Connections (You should see an option to Synchronize connections). 
If this is done already, is your designer version same as the server?
