Just wondering how many workflows can you run at the same time on a Alteryx Server? how many workflow can you schedule to run at the same time on a Alteryx Server?

This is governed by a system setting that the server admin can change. So you can set that number as you see fit for your server. It will queue jobs once you hit your limit and process them as other jobs complete.
