IN-DB ERROR: STATEMENT NOT PERMITTED IN READ ONLY SESSION

IN-DB newbie here. I successfully created a Database Connection to an IBM Netezza DB and can see the tables. However when I try to use the Connect In-DB tool and connect it to a browse, I get an error that says "STATEMENT NOT PERMITTED IN READ ONLY SESSION".  I'm just using a simple select statement.  How do I get it out of read-only?

I am not sure... but try to have a look at this:

Hope it helps.

In my case, I was using a Netezza ODBC driver which I had created to use with other ODBC connections such as Tableau and Alteryx.  I could connect to Tableau just fine but not Alteryx.  I'm not an expert with these connections but when I removed the schema name from the connection I had created, I no longer got the "Statement not permitted in read only session" error.
