Exporting Comments from a Workflow

I may have dreamed this, so I apologize in advance, but during a recent training session with a rep from Alteryx I had asked a question about exporting the comments from a workflow for the purposes of documentation.  Does anyone know of a quick way to do such a thing.  I thought I was told that this is possible, but I do not remember how.  Thank you.

If you open your YXMD file with notepad you can see the comments. Next you would create a workflow to read your workflow and create the document.

When you read it, read it as a csv file with \0 as the delimiter.
