Totaling Data in a Column

Hello All -

I have a set of data where I used the Transpose tool to group my data together directly followed by a Cross tab tool to align the data correctly. The Cross tab tool is where I tried to create a total column but instead of creating a total for each [User_ID] it creates a total for the entire batch of data. When writing the data into a table, I am grouping by [User_ID] and this is causing each group of records to not have a total. Please see below for current output followed by the desired output.

Have you tried to group it by User ID, Cross Tab Tool

@OTrieger Yes, I currently have the cross-tab tool grouping by User_ID as well as Name which equals Activity.

You use the Summarize Tool prior to the Cross Tab Tool to achieve this goal:
