Report on Alteryx Gallery app selections for users

I'm looking for a way to bring out a report on what choices/selections the users make on the Alteryx Gallery apps. It becomes difficult to track selections from the users once they have already run the workflows. So, just wondering if there is a quick way to get this report, maybe referring to the MongoDB? Appreciate any help from the Community here!
