Report Text Tool Image issues

I have used Alteryx to create many letters that get sent to customers. Occasionally when I add images to the report text tool, I get the below error and when I click OK it removes the image from the text tool.

 

There are other times where I have no issues at all.

 

I'm wondering if anyone knows why this happens and if there is a way to fix the issue.

@JMoriarty65 and @danilang I got the same issue today - it's with any image in the Report Text body and then doing some sort of backspace anywhere in the body.

 

It looks like a bug in my view!
