Questions about converting XML data to specific format

Hello Alteryx community,

I am working on creating a workflow which would parse through similar XMLs with a bit of data changes from XML to XML. But all the tags will be present in each individual XML.

I was able to parse through the XML and get all the necessary data, I have been trying to convert it into the format I would like to achieve.

I am attaching the end output excel file, the XML file and a Alteryx Workflow Package with the work I have done until now.

Any ideas would help, thank you
