Question on Reporting Tools

Hi - I am trying to send emails from Alteryx with a banner at the top of the email. I have tried to use the Report Text, Image and Header tool for formatting the banner but none of them seem to work. Either the banner is huge (width fills the email space but the height is too large) or the height is right but the banner does not span across the full email. 

Anyone able to help?!
