I've created a macro using python tool and it works fine. When I lock the macro using Lock Workflow, this throws "Unhandled Exception - A previous action may not have completed successfully" window as soon as I bring the macro in designer canvas. Also, macro configuration window is not available.

Have you encountered this issue before and I am keen to find out any troubleshooting steps you took to resolve this?
