Problem running the "Output Model" Macro

Hi,
When running the "Output Model" Macro https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Public-Community-Gallery/Output-Model/ta-p/878740 I get the following result.

Any Ideas what is causing the error?

@Fernstrom did you ensure to download the additional R tools that the macro suggests?

Yes I think so. This is what the transcript looks like after running the analytical app.

However, when looking at the fil path I dont see the folder downloaded_packages
