Parsing an SGML file with a DTD file

I have a DTD (document type definition) file that goes along with an SGML (standard generalized markup language) file that I want to be able to parse the data out of.  These files are normally handled by the likes of publishing software that I do not have (i.e., Adobe Framemaker).  Is there any way with these two documents (too large to post here and hold proprietary data), that I can write a workflow in Alteryx to parse them out into a more tabular format?
