Parse Alteryx workflow XML

How can I use the workflow XML parser tool to help document my workflow? I want the fields like Tool ID, Tool Type (Formula or DateTime), Field, Expression, and Annotations exported to an easy to read excel format. I've attached the sample workflow and the tool from marketplace.

I'm not aware of the fact that annotations can be exported into excel.

You can suggest it as a new idea.
