Oracle OCI "Error in EncryptPassword: In FIPS, MD5 is not an approved hash algorithm"

Hello,

I am trying to connect to an Oracle OCI database in Alteryx designer 2021.2. However, when entering the connection info to the proper boxes I am getting the following error as shown in the title.

 

Error in EncryptPassword: In FIPS, MD5 is not an approved hash algorithm

 

I am able to connect without issue on other computers using the same Alteryx version and the same connection information. Can someone help me understand why I am getting this error. If it helps, I am running Oracle 19c database.
