Make an table with a total row and then export each in excel and lastly send and email

Hi.

Could please someone help out this?

I want to combine the 2 excel data by name and then make a total row by Manager.(it will become a table)

and then export each excel file by Dept(must be 3ea) which is only includes Dept and Name  after this I want to send e-mails each.

You can first join the datasets using Name column, then summarize using Manager column to get the table. Later you can filter the data into three departments and write into the excel and also use email tool in each. While using the email tool, you can select use field in To and select the email address column in your data.
