List Runner error code: -1073741512

Hello,

i try to use the Macro "List_Runner" on Desktop Designer. I downloaded the Crew Macros and installed them.

i get the following error code:

List Runner (10) Tool #3: Iteration #1: Tool #5: Record #1: Tool #2: Tool #2: The external program "[my_path]\AlteryxRunner.exe" returned an error code: -1073741512

I did downloaded the macro to a network drive so all of our computers with alteryx can reach the macros.

for some pcs the macro does work.
for the other pc i get the error message.

i also tried to install it on the pc itself. but the error stayed the same. (i also made sure that the macro path did change)

how could i solve this?
