Licence expiring randomly

Hello,

I have an issue with Alteryx Desktop installed on my virtual machine. Randomly, a window pops up – sometimes monthly, sometimes every few days – prompting me to regenerate my license at licenses.alteryx.com. However, as shown in the second screenshot, I'm encountering an error on that site.

Do you have any idea why this might be happening ? and also how to prevent the window demanding the licence from popping up ?

@chiraz_cheikha To clarify do you actually have an active license assigned to you in order to use designer?

yes i have an activated license in alteryx designer

Hi @chiraz_cheikha I had a Designer license for a virtual machine a few years ago. Something in the backend needed to be changed which was sorted out by our Alteryx account manager. I'd reach out to your account manager or raise a support ticket for help on resolving the issue.
