Iterate and execute multiple SQLs for each step

Hi Team, I need to read data from the first table and for each record read in, need to update a second and third table before I proceed with the next record. For e.g. I read in employee name/id then update the employee address table, update employee department table etc. before I proceed with the next employee. Please advise if this could be implemented using Alteryx?
