Interactive Report incorrect scale

For some reason the scale on my bar chart is completely off and I cannot figure out why. If i paste the same data into a input text tool the chart scales correctly.

without looking at data and configuration this will be difficult to debug.

You can manipulate the scale by scrolling inside the interactive chart tool, try to reset the bar, and see if it is fixed.
