Import Excel file from multiple folder and group folder

Hi , 

Currently i plan to import all the file from the desktop as shown in the screenshot below. There are sub- folder files and sub-sub folder files under this files.

May i know how can i import the files with different sub-folder?

i choose to open my own folder and it shown the error as below. Is it because i didnt choose the original destination (that i show you in the previous chat) or is because i dun have the latest alteryx. 

I'm using 2019 Alteryx . May i know is it ok?

Your Alteryx is an older version than mine. 

Follow this guide to change the version of the WF outside of Alteryx.

If you see this question martk tool, it means that the macro was not in the same location as it was before, so then just delete it and add the macro again. The configuration for the macro is to select in the dropdown, "Full Path"

I able to open the file but it show the error as shown below. May i know how to solve it? 

Secondly, may i know what is the meaning of the lightning symbol as shown screenshot below? It became like this after i transfer the workflow package from other user (response in the community). Can i remove it ?Is there any impact if i dun remove it?

I was trying to use the template that you suggested and i face some roadblock on this.
