Help with writing a custom filter/expression function

Hi all. I am new to Alteryx and trying to understand if I can do a filter for an email to be sent out. basically I have Sum_Call_Count & Right_Sum_Call_Count in my Name column and I would like have filters set where if Sum_Call_Count > Sum_Call_Count then send a email and vice versa. Any help to start out would be appreciated. Right now I just figured out how to send an email with the data for both together.  Thanks.
