Identify date overlaps and gaps when all the other are the same

Hi,

I am trying to filter out the invoice which has time overlaps and gaps in between

for example, when everything else is the same, there is an invoice from 1/1/1956 to 12/31/1968, then jump to 2022, trying to identify the date time gap

Also, trying to identify the overlaps from 1/1/2022 to 12/31/2023 and 6/1/2022 to 1/1/2023

Sorry for the confusion, I want to identify the dates with overlaps and gaps

For example, a company has an invoice have start date 1/1/2022 end date 12/31/2023, and also have another invoice (everything else is the same) with start date 3/1/2022 end date 6/1/2022, this is an overlap

On the other hand, gaps means everything else is the same, but an invoice with start date 1/1/2022 end date 3/1/2022 and another invice 6/1/2022 end date 9/1/2022, then the time being from 4/1/2022 to 5/31/2022 is a gap

we want to identify any company with these two patterns
