I am trying to find out the duplicate contact(email) list based on the cases count.
I have a list of duplicate contacts in one file and another one is list of cases file. I need to match the contacts and cases based on contact ID. then I need to find out how many cases is having each contact?
Please provide relevant data to this use case, and kindly provide your criteria in as much detail as possible. If you have a workflow built halfway, kindly export that over as well.
