How to split one Excel to multiple PDF files and add word information at the top

Good afternoon,

I try to split an excel to multiple PDFs based on debit note and add word information at the top to show from which customer to which customer and vendor information. When I try to split, it only show the Excel portion and didn't show the word information at the top, can you let me know how to fix it? Thank you very much in advance.

@JPARKE12 Could you please upload an Excel file with dummy data? It's much easier to find a solution for an issue if there's actual data to work with. Thanks.
