How to reformat data

New to alteryx and im not sure if this is an easy example or not but i have several tables in the format shown below where there is a header or a title but i'd like to add that to the table of data. Do you have any suggestions on which tools i should use or specifically how to do this?

Yes. This is a bit easier to explain via showing you so if you can post some sample data that might be easier - but the quickest way is usually to isolate your header row (usually row 1) before data processing. Send this off on it's own side. choose the fields you need to capture giving it a new name (in your case [current cost] and making sure the data you want captured is there. next rejoin this data via append fields to the rest of your data (ie rows 2-)
