How to make value appear only once within the same group

I have the following dataset and I am wondering how to make the pay value appear only once if the values in Name, Date and Number are the same? Thanks!

Example data:

Name	Date	Number	Pay
Bob	01/01/2021	123	1000
Bob	01/01/2021	123	1000
Smith	01/01/2021	567	2000
Smith	02/02/2021	245	3000
Smith	02/02/2021	245	3000

Desired output:

Name	Date	Number	Pay
Bob	01/01/2021	123	1000
Bob	01/01/2021	123

you can use the tile tool to identify the unique values and then use a if function based on the tile sequence num different from 1.
