How to dynamically calculate the average of dates converted into columns?

Hi

I am struggling with trying to dynamically select and average the columns that are weekdays and weekends.

In my input file there are over 1000 rows so it will cut off, but I am wanting to dynamically average the last 7 days of weekdays (Monday through Fridays) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). 

What is the best way to go about this?

Hi @Raj 

Instead of manually inserting the dates, I would need it to be dynamic to choose the dates (Mon-Friday) and (Sat-Sun).

@bryanmac_92 its been dynamic in the workflow

whare current date was selected by formula and, the selection of weekdays was also by formula 

please elaborate on your query. There is some mis communication between us
