Help with reading CSV file

I have the attached csv files in a folder that I am trying to input in Alteryx and subsequently all similar files in the folder using the Dynamic Input however I am having reading the CSV files correctly in the first place

At best when I click on 'ignore errors' when I input the file, it reads the first 5 rows however incompletely.

Is there a way to read this file and then chain it with dynamic input?
