From Output file into zip file

Hello,

 

I would like some guidance and help on how to, if possible, once I have created a workflow Output such as e.g. something.xlsx to a specific path.

 

Can I then push this something.xlsx file into a .zipped file for e.g. archiving, sending etc..?

 

What are the steps that I need to follow after Outputting, please?

 

Running batch script or is there some build-in tool I can use.
