It depends on what you mean by "single tool". Most scoring tools are actually macros (including the R tools like TS modeling and factory tools). So if a single macro would be acceptable, then you can absolutely custom build one if you don't want to use those tools. The R and Python tools might also meet your qualification for "single tool", but would also require significant customization.
