Hi - Our auditor require completeness checks for our backup that uses Alteryx. We normally copy our last run messages so we can show the number of lines that were input at the start, then show the number of lines remaining after each tool is used.
Is it possible to export this to excel the same way we export using the output data tool & include it as part of our backup? Currently we are just copying and pasting it into our workbook.
Hey @sheraty27, not sure if this is exactly what you're after, but you can turn on logging by going to Options > User Settings > Edit User Settings > Override System Settings and then set a Logging Directory, as so:
Upon every run, there will be a log output to that folder which will look like this:
