Error while using JIRA Connector

We are trying to export data from Jira by using the Jira connector 8 Alteryx Package downloaded from Alteryx community Gallery.

After providing all the necessary information, workflow showing an error by saying "Please enter Username in format DOMAIN\SID" despite providing the information in the same format. 

Pl. find attached screenshots of the workflow, configuration and error message.
