Error while using JIRA Connector

We are trying to export data from Jira by using the Jira connector 8 Alteryx Package downloaded from Alteryx community Gallery.

After providing all the necessary information, workflow showing an error by saying "Please enter Username in format DOMAIN\SID" despite providing the information in the same format.

Hey - ummm. there is discussion of that specific error message and why you are seeing it in the comments of the macro you provided. Check 'em out and see if they help.
