Filtering out data

The attached excel as a column say Column A which has few rows with Supply, Contract, Labor and ABC Ltd. I need to create a workflow if column A has Supply then output the records which has Supply if there is no Supply in column A then output all the records. Here the catch is I'm looking for a single output not 2 different output streams. Could you please help?
