Dynamic Input with a macro

Hello,
Hello, I have the following problem. I would like to create a macro. The problem here is that I have two input data which I would like to dynamically combine with each other. In the filename, there is an identifier that is identical. I would like to change this identifier for each iteration with the help of the macro. But I am so confused with this environment, that I stayed away from it

Addition to that every Output should have the ending of the second table....
Can you help?

Thanks! This helps me a lot. But do you know how I can change the file name in the Output tool depending on the File?
