Downloading .csv File

Hi everyone, 

I want the .csv from this link https://falextracts.s3.amazonaws.com/Contract%20Opportunities/datagov/ContractOpportunitiesFullCSV.c... to be downloaded by Alteryx with all the data read in (ie the same as I would input this file in Excel format). 

How can I achieve this?

The previous version was just downloading, this new one will be able to download + import it to alteryx:

I hit a problem when trying to use it as the csv download file's data starts on line 6 - how would I insert that into the workflow to ensure I get the csv?

Found it - by editing the dynamic input
