Data Quality Rules At Row and at Column Level

Hi,

I have a unique scenario wherein:

Row and Column Level Data Quality Rules

1) I intend to implement the data quality rules for a particular column depending on a specific ID in a given row

2) If the dataset fail to pass any one of the rules, the workflow creates two different columns :

      i)  "Failed Flag": With response as "Y" for the failed record and "N" for passing

     ii)   Reason for Failing

 I immensly appreciate any tips on configuring this usecase
