Connect a Shopify store with Alteryx using Shopify's custom app

Hello all,

I saw a tutorial that explain how to connect a Shopify store with Alteryx on this link tutorial to connect Shopify with Alteryx and I find it very interesting. This tutarial can only be used for a private app in a Shopify store. Actually I want to connect my shopify store with Alteryx and I am wondering if there is a method to do that using a custom app in my Shopify store instead of private app. If possible, how to do that ?

Any idea will be of a great help !
