Can pdf input read colors from pdf?

I have data where in I have pdf with data presented in colors. For example 

A    1    2    3    4 

Where under A we have names and all the 1 2 3 4 columns are color coded. IS there a way we alteryx can read colors so that I can format the colors with numbers for further analyses.

The PDF input tools in the Intelligence Suite and the various PDF macros that are available on the community are all geared to extracting data from pdfs and not formatting information.  

What do you want to do with this colour info?  Alteryx workflows don't support conditional formatting within the workflows themselves.  Only the reporting tools allow you to apply any kind of formatting, and this are meant to produce formatted output files.
