Alteryx Starter Kit for Human Resources / Setup Error

Hi team,

Below is a message I sent to the Alteryx support team. Unless anyone has already received a resolution, I can post feedback once available.

I attempted to install the Alteryx Starter Kit for Human Resources, but receive this error:

I was able to install the Office of Finance starter kit, which is also listed as a Non-admin executable.

UPDATE, as of 3/15/2023 - per the Customer Support team, "I worked with our director here at Alteryx, and we have since created a defect regarding the non-admin executable not opening unless an administrator privilege. This has been logged, and we will let you know once this has been resolved."

I'm facing a similar issue with the Datablending non-admin starter kit and looking for a solution. Please let me know, appreciate your response.
