Alteryx Scheduler logs not showing in results pane after job execution.

Hi all,

 

Would like to seek for urgent advice regarding Alteryx Scheduler.

 

Currently, my VDI is configured with Alteryx Desktop Automation license.

 

Schedule pane

Job was scheduled to run at 10.40AM (Malaysia Time) on Jan 10,22.

Results pane

Job log did not immediately show the completion of job after 10 secs of run time. I only saw this log many hours later.

Could it be de to time difference?

Question is: How to configure the exact timing per my scheduled time so that it immediately show up in the Results pane?

I don't have Desktop Automation, but I do have Server and have not experienced this.  When it's complete, the log is readily available.  Probably a good case to log with Support (https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Support/bd-p/SupportPage).
