I click on the application to open it and it takes at least 2-4 minutes to load before it will allow me to click on anything and load up a workflow. Any ideas on why this might be happening? I'm running 2024.1 I believe.

Hard to say but there are several things that can impact it, one of them is
computer memory
@Achoo5 Check if the workflow is on Shared Network drive, if so copy to local machine and try.
