Aligning multiple data sets in single sheet

Hi,

We receive a file from which looks like a statement. There are texts on top and at the bottom which will be ignored. 

In this file, there are two types of data sets: asset and deals. I was able to build a WF which identifies the relevant records and split the data sets into two. I'm able to get the asset data set properly but stuck with the deals. The deal type data set has subsets of data where the columns are inconsistent. The objective is to align all this records based on the column names, since some are the same. 

Can you please help which tools/approach I can use?
